 The English Central:
A pronunciation tool that is excellent and free and geared toward English language students (or teachers). It provides videos with subtitles and students can also repeat and record themselves to get feedback on their performance.

IPA Typewriter 1.3  is a useful tool for typing the International Phonetic Alphabet symbols in a word processor or for producing or pasting code to insert phonetic symbols in a web page.

Pronunciation Power is a comprehensive program on CD-rom that teaches the 52 sounds of English to ESL learners, with an American English accent. The program comes on two separate CDs, Pronunciation Power 1 (beginner to intermediate) and Pronunciation Power 2 (intermediate to advanced).

The 8 in1 English Dictionary is an illustrated English dictionary on CD-rom that lets learners hear the correct English pronunciation of words. There are translations and instructions in Arabic, Chinese (traditional and simplified), French, German, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, and Vietnamese.
